Members sit within the circle where sharing takes place. Everything has been designed to support men, in a safe, focused space.
The Facilitators role is to hold space for the group and promote the 7 principles within the circle so all members can enjoy a safe and supportive experience.
Made up of both employed and volunteer members, the support team works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep Mentell running outside of circle.
The board of trustee's serve Mentell by holding the charity accountable.
