Circles last for 2 hours and have a 10 minute break in the middle.

At no point is any member under the obligation to talk and members do not put expectations on others to talk either.

Mentell will always be a free service.

There is no penalty for not attending. If you register to attend a circle but cannot make it, we would appreciate it if you can let Mentell know as soon as possible. This way the space can be offered to somebody else who needs it.
