Join Mentell as a Trustee!

Are you passionate about mental health and ready to make a meaningful impact? Mentell is looking for individuals, preferably with trustee experience, to join our Board of Trustees and help guide our mission of supporting men’s mental health and wellbeing.

What it Means to Be a Trustee

As a trustee, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing Mentell’s strategic direction, ensuring accountability and legal compliance, plus helping us achieve sustainable growth. Trustees provide valuable insight and support to the leadership team, helping to steer the organisation in line with our values and vision. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on men’s mental health, both locally and beyond, through your skills and expertise.

We’re seeking candidates with expertise in:

  • Finance & Accounting
  • Law
  • Marketing

As a Mentell Trustee, you’ll commit to:

  • Six Board Meetings Annually: Three online and three in-person meetings to connect, strategise, and make key decisions.
  • Occasional Event Attendance: Be an ambassador for Mentell at events throughout the year.
  • Weekly Involvement: Approximately one hour per week to review materials, provide insight, and support our team with advice and decision-making.
